Nick walked down the hall backstage at a venue. He was on tour with the group and he saw his girlfriend, Brizee. She was talking with AJ’s wife, Rochelle. He stood there smiling, thinking of how lucky he was to have her in his life. He watched them talk as AJ came up to him.

        “Hey Kaos,” AJ said.

        “Hey,” Nick said.

        “You okay,” AJ said.

        “Fine,” Nick said.

        “You and Briz have been together for over two years now, ever think of popping the question?” AJ asked.

        “All the time,” Nick said.

        “Hey, our girls are going to sing tonight, before we go on,” AJ said.

        “What,” Nick said.

        “Ro and Briz, they are singing a duet, country song, it’s called Does He Love You, by Reba McEntire and Linda Davis, it’s an awesome song,” AJ said.

        “I didn’t know Briz could sing,” Nick said.

        “She had a reason,” AJ said.

        “What was that,” Nick said.

        “That she didn’t want a record deal, she wanted to be with you, she knew how it would be and she didn’t want to be in the spotlight,” AJ said.   They went to where they could watch their girls.

        “Hello everyone, I’m Rochelle McLean, AJ’s wife, and this is one of my best friends, Brizee Hardin, she is Nick’s girlfriend, tonight, we want to sing for you all, the song is called Does He Love You, originally sung by country singers, Reba McEntire and Linda Davis, now keep in mind as we sing and you guys listen, it’s just a song, we are just singing it, that’s all, we liked the song because of how Reba and Linda did it and we wanted to sing it, too,” Rochelle said. They performed the song. Nick listened to them and he couldn’t believe Brizee’s voice. She came backstage afterwards and saw him. He took her to his dressing room and went in and closed the door and looked around and pressed her against the door and kissed her deeply.

        “You were amazing, baby,” Nick said kissing her neck. She smiled and held him close.

        “Thank you, now you need to get ready to go onstage, so I’m going to go watch from the VIP booth and meet you back at the hotel where we can have some fun,” Brizee said.

        “I can’t wait, I love you so much,” Nick said. He kissed her hungrily and she went out to meet up with the girls to go to the VIP booth to watch their guys.

After the concert was over, Brizee and the girls went back to the hotel and Brizee went to her and Nick’s suite and went in and closed the door and looked around and went to the bedroom and changed into the nightie that Nick liked so much.

Nick and the guys arrived at the hotel and went to their suites.

        “Night guys,” Nick said.

        “Night Nicky,” Howie said.

        “Night Kaos,” AJ said.

        “Night Frack,” Brian said. Nick walked into his suite and closed the door and looked around and went into the bedroom and saw Brizee sitting on the bed wearing his favorite nightie of hers. He smiled and he stripped down to his boxers and walked towards the bed. He climbed on the bed and moved with her up to the pillows and kissed her deeply. He removed her nightie and his boxers and got out a condom and slipped it on and he slowly and gently made love to her. Afterwards, he laid beside her and pulled her close.

        “I love you, so much,” Nick said.

        “I love you, too,” Brizee said.

The next day, they were headed to the next city. Brizee and Nick were on Nick’s bus. They were in the back with the door closed. They were making love off and on during the trip.  Brizee sat up suddenly. Nick sat up with her. 

        “Briz,” Nick said.

        “Nick, we have made love three times since we left Boston, we didn’t use protection the second time,” Brizee said.

        “Crap,” Nick said.  He pulled her close and held her.

        “I don’t know what to do,” Brizee said.

        “We will face whatever happens, but I will not leave your side, you are stuck with me,” Nick said. Brizee rested against him. She looked up at him.

        “Make love to me again,” Brizee said.

        “I can’t, I don’t have any more, and I will not risk it if by chance you don’t end up pregnant,” Nick said. Brizee nodded and rested against him.

        “I love you,” Brizee said.

        “I love you, too,” Nick said.

Two hours later, they were in New York City.  They checked into the hotel and the guys went to the venue to do soundchecks. The girls did some shopping.

        “Briz, you okay,” Rochelle said.

        “I don’t know,” Brizee said.

        “What’s wrong,” Rochelle said.

        “I might become pregnant,” Brizee said quietly.

        “And you don’t want to be?” Rochelle said.

        “I don’t think we are ready yet, I know me and Nick have been together for over two years, we aren’t married, I don’t want to have a baby and not be married,” Brizee said.

        “AJ told me something this morning,” Rochelle said.

        “What,” Brizee said.

        “Last night before we went onstage, he talked to Nick, he asked Nick if he thought of asking you to marry him, Nick told him all the time,” Rochelle said. 

        “Then why doesn’t he just do it already,” Brizee said.

        “Maybe he wants it to be special, maybe he is planning to do it and wants it to be right,” Rochelle said. They walked into the drug store and looked at pregnancy tests.

        “I think it is too early to know, Briz,” Rochelle said. Brizee saw one and looked at it.

        “There is this one, it detects the hormone that lets you know if you are before it really happens,” Brizee said. She bought the test. Rochelle bought a couple of pregnancy tests. They went back to the hotel and went to their suites. Brizee did her test and waited for the results. She got a text from Nick saying he was heading back to the hotel. She sat there thinking about the thought of being pregnant with Nick’s child. She put her hand on her stomach. She realized that she wanted his baby and didn’t want to wait. She knew she loved Nick with all her heart and soul.  She looked at the time and she looked at the test and saw the results.  She sat down on the bed as Nick came in.

        “Hey,” Nick said. He sat down beside her.

        “I bought this test, it’s not a full on pregnancy test because it hasn’t been enough time but they have these tests that detect the hormone that lets you know if you are going to be pregnant or not, I did the test,” Brizee said.

        “And?” Nick asked.

        “It’s positive, I will become pregnant,” Brizee said.

        “I’ve been thinking a lot about this, if you become pregnant, then we will be having a baby, I will be happy,” Nick said. Brizee looked at him.

        “Really,” Brizee said.

        “Yes, I love you, baby, and I want to be with you forever and always, will you marry me, Briz, and be mine forever, because I know I want to be yours forever,” Nick said. He got out a small box and opened it.

        “I wanted to plan a romantic night for us and propose but I thought more about it and realized that just being with you is romantic,” Nick said.

        “Nick,” Brizee said.

        “I have been thinking about this for awhile now, I’ve been working up the courage for a week,” Nick said.

        “Yes, I’ll marry you and be yours forever,” Brizee said. He smiled and slid the ring on her finger and kissed her deeply. They laid on the bed and removed each other’s clothes. He reached down to his jeans and got out a condom.

        “Do we need that,” Brizee said.

        “What if that test was wrong and you won’t become pregnant,” Nick said.

        “We are getting married, would it matter now if we get pregnant,” Brizee said. Nick looked at her and looked at the condom and put it on the nightstand.

        “No more condoms, if you get pregnant, I’ll be happy, I want you to have my babies,” Nick said. Brizee kissed him and he laid between her legs and slid inside her. They both moaned. He moved slowly and gently inside her, going deeper with every thrust. She wrapped her legs around his waist and moved with him as he kissed her deeply. His hands gripped her hips. He wrapped his arms around her and sat up pulling her with him. He stayed inside her as he moved into a sitting position. He grasped her bottom as she moved on top of him. He leaned down and sucked her nipples. He laid down on the bed and she rode him and held her hips. He felt her tighten around him and that caused him to come, spilling his hot seed deep inside her. She laid on top of him. He held her close as he pulled out of her and kept her on top of him, loving the feeling of her naked body on top of him.

        “I love you, baby, so much,” Nick said kissing her forehead. She looked up at him.

        “I love you, too, that was so amazing, so much better without the condom, I should have decided on birth control pills to begin with,” Brizee said.

        “I know, but you said you would be okay with condoms,” Nick said.

        “Until you ran out, where did you get that one?” Brizee asked. Nick looked over on the nightstand.

        “AJ,” Nick said.

        “I don’t think he’ll need them anymore, Ro was shopping with me today, when I bought that test, she bought two pregnancy tests,” Brizee said.

        “Two?” Nick said.

        “Well sometimes the pregnancy tests aren’t accurate so if more than one says positive, then she’ll be pregnant,” Brizee said. Nick laid there.

        “I can’t even imagine AJ as a father,” Nick said.

        “He is good with Mason, Baylee, and James,” Brizee said.

        “I know,” Nick said. He looked at the time.

        “I got to get back to the venue, come with me?” Nick asked. Brizee nodded and they got up and got dressed and he pulled her close and kissed her deeply.

        “I love you,” Nick said.

        “I love you, too,” Brizee said. He grabbed the room key and they walked out of the room and closed the door and held hands and went to the elevator. They went to the venue and saw Brian, Leighanne, Leigh, and Howie talking.

        “Hey guys, what’s up,” Nick said.

        “Ro is pregnant,” Howie said.

        “She is?” Brizee asked.

        “Yeah, they are in his dressing room celebrating,” Brian said. Nick looked at Brizee.

        “I guess we should share our news, we are engaged,” Nick said. They all cheered and hugged them.

        “Congrats, Frack,” Brian said hugging Nick.

        “Thanks, Frick,” Nick said.

        “Nick,” Brizee said.

        “What,” Nick said.

        “Is there anything else you want to say,” Brizee said.

        “About what,” Nick said.

        “If we are getting married, we have to start planning sometime, there are some things that need to be done, like the wedding party,” Brizee whispered in his ear.

        “Oh, right, um, Brian, I know Aaron is my brother and I want him up there with me, but you are my best friend, would you be my best man along with Aaron,” Nick said. Brian smiled and hugged him.

        “I’ll be honored, Nick,” Brian said.

        “Howie, would you be a groomsmen,” Nick said.

        “I sure will,” Howie said hugging him.

        “What’s up,” AJ said as he and Rochelle came up to them.

        “Briz and Nick are engaged,” Howie said.

        “Wow, congrats, man!” AJ said hugging Nick. He hugged Brizee after Rochelle hugged her.

        “Thanks, Brian will be best man along with Aaron, I’ve asked Howie to be a groomsman, I want to ask you the same thing,” Nick said.

        “Of course!” AJ said. He hugged them.

        “What about Kev?”  Howie asked.

        “I had another idea for him,” Nick said.

        “What’s that,” Brian said.

        “Walking me down the aisle,” Brizee said.

        “Briz,” AJ said.

        “I don’t have anyone to walk me down the aisle, my father died ten years ago, my mom never remarried,” Brizee said.

        “Won’t hurt to ask him,” Howie said.

        “Call him,” Brian said. Nick called Kevin and talked to him. He hung up.

        “Nick?” Howie said.

        “He’s meeting up with us,” Nick said.

Two days later, Kevin arrived and talked with Brizee and Nick. Nick looked at Kevin.

        “I know it’s asking a lot,” Nick said.

        “I will be honored to walk Brizee down the aisle,” Kevin said. Brizee smiled and hugged him.

        “Thank you,” Brizee said.

Three weeks later, Brizee and Nick found out that they were expecting a baby.  Brizee sat on the floor in the bathroom after throwing up.
