Hope sat in her brother’s office at Forrester Creations.   She was thinking of the decision she had to make between two guys she really cared about.  Liam and Wyatt are brothers and both were in love with her. She and Liam had so many chances and there was always something getting in the way whether it was Liam and Wyatt’s father, Bill, or Liam’s ex-wife, Steffy.  Wyatt wasn’t perfect either and made his share of mistakes and his mother, Quinn, seemed to always meddle in their lives and she wasn’t sure about picking Wyatt but she thought of Wyatt and how sweet and caring he was. She thought of the things Quinn had done.  She had slept with Bill and took a selfie of them in bed and sent it to Ridge who took off for Abu Dubai to stop her mother from marrying Bill.  Something had happened while Ridge was over there. He had gotten her mom into the helicopter and something happened and the helicopter tipped and Ridge fell out into the Persian Gulf and was missing.  She first wanted to blame Quinn but she knew deep down that Ridge could have gone either way because he hated Bill and didn’t want him around RJ.  She definitely knew Wyatt didn’t have anything to do with that but she had walked in and saw that he had punched Liam.  She knew Wyatt was just defending his mother after the stuff Liam called her.  She didn’t know what to do.  Rick came in with Caroline.

        “Hey sis,” Rick said.

        “Any news?” Hope said.

        “Nothing yet, they are still looking,” Rick said.

        “Hope, you okay,” Caroline said.

        “No, I have to choose between both of your cousins but it’s hard,” Hope said.

        “I know it is, I care about them both and don’t want either one to get hurt but one will,” Caroline said.

        “Both of them had made their share of mistakes,” Rick said.

        “I sit here and think of everything, Liam and I had so many chances and something always kept us apart whether it was Bill or Steffy, and with Wyatt, it was the diamond thing or his meddling mother,” Hope said.

        “But either way, you will have to deal with Bill,” Rick said.

        “Rick,” Caroline said.

        “Sorry honey,” Rick said.

        “It’s just so hard, I don’t want to hurt either one of them,” Hope said. There was a knock at the door. Pam came in.

        “Pam,” Hope said.

        “I have a message from Wyatt,” Pam said.

        “What is it,” Hope said.

        “He said to not make your decision just yet, wait until he gets back,” Pam said.

        “Where did he go,” Hope said.

        “To join the search for Ridge, he’s on a plane right now, he wants to fix the mistake his mom did so he is headed over there,” Pam said as Liam came in.

        “What’s going on,” Liam said.

        “Your brother is headed to Abu Dubai,” Rick said.

        “What, why,” Liam said.

        “To search for Ridge, Wyatt wants to fix the mistake Quinn made by finding Ridge,” Caroline said.

        “Is he insane, nothing can fix what he did,” Liam said.

        “He should at least try, give him a chance, Liam,” Rick said.

        “Liam, whether you like him or not, he’s your brother, you both have Spencer blood running through your veins, you can’t change that or forget that,” Caroline said. Liam looked at Hope and sat down.

        “I know, Caroline,” Liam said.

        “Liam, I know you hate him but you can’t make my choice for me, both of you need to respect your positions in my life, whoever I choose will have to respect my choice,” Hope said. He nodded. They all sat there. 

The next day, Hope, Liam, Rick, Caroline, Aly, Oliver, Carter, Maya, Pam, Charlie, and Donna sat in Eric’s office. The phone rang. Rick put it on speaker.

        “Forrester, this is Rick,” Rick said.

        “It’s Wyatt,” Wyatt said. Hope got up.

        “Wyatt, any news,” Hope said.

        “I found him, he’s alive and he’s okay, he’s reunited with Katie,” Wyatt said.

        “Thank god!” Rick said.

        “How’s my mom,” Hope said.

        “Relieved, we are getting ready to head back to LA,” Wyatt said. Hope hugged Rick.

        “Did she and your dad get married?” Caroline asked.

        “No, this might have change things,” Wyatt said.

        “How’s that,” Rick said.

        “I’ll tell you all when we get back,” Wyatt said.

        “Be safe,” Hope said.

        “I will,” Wyatt said.

        “Good work, Wyatt, I should say this now, finding Ridge has wiped the slate clean, it’s a fresh start for you here at Forrester,” Rick said.

        “What about my mom,” Wyatt said.

        “That is up to my dad,” Rick said.

        “We are getting ready to take off, so see you all when we get back,” Wyatt said. He hung up. Rick hung up.

        “Thank god!” Hope said hugging him.

        “Wyatt the hero,” Liam said.

        “Liam!” Caroline said.

        “He is just using this to his advantage of winning Hope’s heart,” Liam said.

        “Liam, that’s enough,” Rick said.

        “It’s the truth, Rick, he went to play hero to win Hope over, I bet he really didn’t find Ridge, only said he did,” Liam said. The phone rang. Rick answered it and put it on speaker.

        “Hi Mom,” Rick said.

        “Hi honey, Wyatt tell you the news?” Brooke said.

        “Yeah, Mom, did he really find Ridge?” Rick asked.

        “Yes he did and Ridge can vouch for that, he can tell you the story when we get back, Wyatt is truly a hero,” Brooke said.

        “Tell Ridge that I’m glad he’s okay,” Hope said.

        “I will, honey, see you later,” Brooke said.

The next day, they were back in Eric’s office and Brooke, Ridge, Katie, Eric, and Wyatt came in.  Hope hugged her mother. She hugged Ridge.

        “I’m glad you are okay!” Hope said.

        “Thanks to Wyatt,” Ridge said. Hope hugged Wyatt. Katie stood with Liam.

        “Katie, tell me the truth,” Liam said.

        “You will hear it from Ridge,” Katie said.  They all sat down.

        “After I fell out of the helicopter, a boat was there and picked me up and the men on the boat took me to a place and kept me there, a couple of days later, I heard a sound and Wyatt came running in, he got me out of there, it turns out that he figured it out, Bill was behind it,” Ridge said.

        “What!” Liam said.

        “I overheard Dad talking with the guys who were supposed to be leading the rescue team, he was giving them orders to keep Ridge where he was until after Brooke became his wife, so I followed the guy and he lead me to the place where Ridge was and I snuck in and found Ridge, we went back to the hotel and confronted Dad,” Wyatt said.

        “I ended things with Bill, it’s over, for good,” Brooke said.

        “Where is Uncle Bill?” Caroline asked.

        “He came back on the Spencer plane, I guess he went to Spencer,” Brooke said.

        “I can’t believe him,” Liam said going out the door. Caroline followed him with Rick.  Hope hugged Wyatt close to her as Ridge came over.

        “Wyatt, I owe you my life,” Ridge said.

        “I just wanted to make up for what my mom did, for sending that photo and setting the events into motion,” Wyatt said.

        “Photo or no photo, I would have gone over there anyways,” Ridge said.

        “Really,” Brooke said.

        “I didn’t want that jerk around my son,” Ridge said.

        “Ridge,” Brooke said.

        “He gave my son a sword necklace,” Ridge said.

        “Oh my god, I’ll get it and send it back to Bill,” Brooke said.

        “I’ll take it back to him for you,” Wyatt said.

        “Wyatt,” Hope said.

        “Regardless of everything, he is still my dad, although right now I don’t want anything to do with him,” Wyatt said.

        “Let’s go,” Hope said. They went home and found RJ and Hope talked with him and got the necklace.

        “RJ, I know you got attached to that sword necklace, I will make sure you have something more awesome to replace it,” Wyatt said.

        “Cool, thanks,” RJ said. They shook hands. They went to Spencer Publications and walked in and saw Liam and Caroline going off on Bill.

        “How could you do this, Dad, did you even think of what losing Ridge would do to his family, especially RJ, you are a father, too!” Liam said.

        “What if that happened to you, what do you think that would have done to Liam, Wyatt, and Will,” Caroline said.

        “I wasn’t thinking, all I could think about was getting him out of the way so I could marry Brooke,” Bill said.

        “That will never happen, my mom is so done with you,” Hope said. Wyatt dropped the necklace on the desk.

        “What’s this,” Bill said picking it up.

        “The necklace you gave RJ, don’t think he’ll need it anymore, like me,” Wyatt said taking his off and putting it on the desk. Bill looked at him.

        “You deserve that necklace, you are a Spencer!” Bill said.

        “I am a Fuller first, I know my mom wanted you to make me a Spencer officially but I don’t think I want to be one after what you have done,” Wyatt said. Liam took his off and put it on the desk. Bill looked at Liam.

        “That was the last straw, Dad, I’m done with you, for good, I quit Spencer Publications,” Liam said. Wyatt, Hope, Liam, and Caroline walked out of the building. They went back to Forrester and walked into Eric’s office where everyone still was.

        “Bill has the necklace back,” Hope said.

        “Along with mine and Wyatt’s, we are done with our father,” Liam said.

        “I need to call my mom,” Wyatt said.

        “Your mom is on her way here,” Eric said.

        “Oh,” Wyatt said.

        “Don’t worry, Wyatt, both of your jobs are safe,” Ridge said.  Quinn came in.

        “Hi everyone,” Quinn said.

        “Quinn, although we won’t forget what you have done, we are giving you and Wyatt a fresh start with a promise with you to not interfere or meddle unless you are asked to,” Eric said.

        “I promise,” Quinn said.

        “That’s a laugh,” Liam said. Quinn looked at Liam.

        “Liam,” Hope said.

        “I have said I was sorry hundreds of times, when I say sorry, I mean it,” Quinn said.

        “Liam, I know my mother better than you do, when she says sorry, she means it,” Wyatt said.

        “Oh shut up, after all the things she did, she locked me in the steam room and turned the heat up,” Liam said.

        “What,” Wyatt and Hope said.

        “I texted you to come meet me there and Quinn deleted it and came down and locked me in there and turned it up,” Liam said. Quinn shook her head.

        “I said I was sorry, besides, why were you trying to lure Hope down there for, a little pookie in the steam room when she said she was going to date both of you, date being the key word,” Quinn said.

        “Quinn has a point there, I was trying to be fair to both of you and you were trying to get the advantage by seducing me in the steam room, that isn’t being fair to Wyatt, he is playing by the rules, you weren’t,” Hope said.

        “Hope,” Liam said.

        “No, Liam, that showed me that you weren’t willing to play by my rules and play fair so Wyatt, I choose you, and that is my final choice, Liam, deal with it, and you leave Quinn alone, got it,” Hope said. She pulled Wyatt out of the room. Liam looked at everyone and glared at Quinn.

        “This is all your fault,” Liam said.

        “Liam, actually, your little tirade there made up her mind for her,” Rick said.

        “Hope gave you and Wyatt rules and you wanted to break them, you knew her decision was difficult, but you made it easier for her,” Brooke said. Liam looked at everyone and left. He stopped at Rick’s office and looked in and saw Wyatt and Hope kissing. He knocked on the door. They pulled apart and looked at him.  He came in.

        “I’m sorry all I said, I respect your choice and just move on, I hope someday we can be friends, Wyatt, we have no choice since we are brothers, Caroline was right, no matter how we feel about each other, we have Spencer blood in our veins,” Liam said.

        “Even though we are currently having nothing to do with how that blood got there,” Wyatt said.

        “Yeah, I better find a job,” Liam said.

        “You can talk to Eric,” Wyatt said.

        “I don’t know if he’ll want a Spencer working for him,” Liam said.

        “Uh, hello, me, I’m working here,” Wyatt said.

        “You come with your mother, so you are working for your mother while she works for Eric,” Liam said.

        “Wyatt does work for the company as well,” Hope said.

        “I was hoping you would help me with something, since we gave the sword necklaces back to our father, I need to come up with something cool for RJ to replace the one he got from our father,” Wyatt said.

        “I guess I could do that, I’ll go talk to Eric,” Liam said. He left. Hope looked at Wyatt and kissed him.

The next day, Liam was hired at Forrester Creations working with Oliver with photography.  Ridge was back to work.  Liam sat with Wyatt as they worked on a design for RJ.  Wyatt put the finishing touches on it.

        “RJ is going to love it,” Liam said.

        “I hope so, he really liked the sword necklace, he was a little upset when me and Hope got it back to take back to Bill,” Wyatt said. Quinn came in.

        “Hi boys,” Quinn said. 

        “Hi,” Liam said.

        “Hey Mom, we finished the design for RJ,” Wyatt said. She came over and looked at it.

        “Good work, boys, I’ll get to work on it,” Quinn said.

        “Ridge is coming to look at it,” Liam said.

        “See if he approves it before we make it and give it to RJ,” Wyatt said. Ridge came in and Quinn showed it to him.

        “Get it done for my boy,” Ridge said.

That weekend, there was a pool party at Brooke’s house.  Brooke, Hope, Ridge, Katie, Will, and RJ were sitting by the pool. Wyatt came out.

        “Hey you!” Hope said getting up and hugging him.

        “Hey beautiful,” Wyatt said.

        “Did you bring it?” Hope asked.

        “Yes, I did,” Wyatt said.

        “Hi Wyatt!” RJ said from where he was sitting.

        “Hey RJ, what’s up, buddy,” Wyatt said.

        “Just hanging out,” RJ said.

        “That’s good, I got something for you,” Wyatt said.

        “Really?” RJ asked.

        “Remember when I said I was going to get you something really cool to replace the sword necklace,” Wyatt said.

        “Yeah,” RJ said. Wyatt reached into his pocket and pulled out the new necklace. RJ’s face lit up and he took it and put it on.

        “This is so awesome, thanks, I love it!” RJ said. He hugged Wyatt.  Ridge, Brooke, Katie, and Hope smiled.

        “Liam and I designed it and my mom made it,” Wyatt said.

        “Tell her and Liam thanks,” RJ said.

        “I will,” Wyatt said. Rick and Caroline came out with Eric behind them. Donna came out. Wyatt and Hope cuddled in a lounge chair.

        “Thank you,” Hope said.

        “For what,” Wyatt said.

        “Making my little brother happy, for just being you,” Hope said. Wyatt kissed her forehead.

        “You’re welcome,” Wyatt said. They all heard commotion and Bill came out with Liam behind him.

        “You shouldn’t be here, Dad, it is over with you and Brooke,” Liam said.

        “Get out!” Hope said getting up. Wyatt got up.

        “I want to talk to Brooke,” Bill said.

        “No one cares what you want, get out!” Rick said.

        “Uncle Bill, you should leave,” Caroline said.

        “Not until I talk to Brooke,” Bill said.

        “She doesn’t want to talk to you, Bill, get out, and stay away from her and all of us,” Hope said.

        “Hope, you know that can’t happen, you are dating my son,” Bill said.

        “After what you have done, I don’t want to be your son,” Wyatt said.

        “Well you can’t escape the fact that you are a Spencer, Wyatt, you have my blood running through your veins, that can’t be ignored,” Bill said.

        “I wish I could, after what you did, you don’t deserve to be a father,” Wyatt said. Liam stood beside Wyatt.

        “I agree with Wyatt,” Liam said.

        “Liam,” Bill said. Donna had taken RJ and Will inside.

        “I’ve put up with a lot from you, all the crap you did to keep me and Steffy together and me and Hope apart, this certainly takes the cake, Justin was the one flying that helicopter, wasn’t he,” Liam said.

        “Now it makes sense, you had a helicopter waiting to take you and Brooke after the wedding, Ridge thought it was the helicopter he rented, you gave the signal to Justin to get rid of Ridge, am I right?” Wyatt said.

        “Yes, you are, Wyatt, before I fell out, I saw the Spencer logo on the jacket,” Ridge said. Brooke came up to them.

        “I’ll talk to him so he will leave,” Brooke said. Everyone stood back while Brooke faced Bill.

        “What is it,” Brooke said.

        “Brooke, I made a mistake, I know it, I regret it, I wish I could go back, but I can’t, but I would like another chance,” Bill said. Brooke looked at him.

        “That was your second chance, and you blew it, I can’t give you no more chances, my god, Bill, you destroyed everything when you kept Ridge from all of us, you slept with Quinn, and being drunk isn’t an excuse, when I came to get back with you, she was in the room, wasn’t she,” Brooke said.

        “Yes,” Bill said.

        “It is over, Bill, done, I can’t be with you because it just causes problems, Ridge hates you, and he is RJ’s father, he doesn’t want you anywhere near him and being with me would put you near him, I don’t want to fight with Ridge anymore, or Katie, I am done so please leave and never come near me again, I mean it!” Brooke said before going into the house. Bill looked at Wyatt and Liam.

        “You two are supposed to be my sons,” Bill said.

        “Yeah, well, you destroyed that when you held Ridge hostage,” Liam said.

        “You weren’t going to make me a Spencer, my mom had to blackmail you, if it was up to you, I would still have been a Fuller, which I intend to because I don’t want to be a Spencer, not after what you did,” Wyatt said.

        “That reminds me, I should see about changing my name back to Cooper,” Liam said.

        “Are you kidding me!” Bill said angrily.

        “Face the facts, we want nothing to do with you!” Liam said.

        “You are all alone, Bill,” Wyatt said.

        “Wyatt,” Bill said.

        “It showed that you really wanted me, I bet you never told anyone the truth, did you,” Wyatt said.

        “What do you mean, Wyatt,” Eric said.

        “I would have never been born if my mom went ahead with what he wanted, he wanted her to get an abortion and offered her a million dollars to do it, she took the money but kept me, no wait, he ordered her to get an abortion, she didn’t, because she wanted me, he never wanted me, that’s why he didn’t want to make me a Spencer,” Wyatt said.

        “You are unbelievable,” Liam said looking at Bill.

        “I wasn’t ready to be a father, but that doesn’t mean I’m not ready now, I was ready when Liam showed up and turned out to be my son,” Bill said.

        “I really wish I wasn’t,” Liam said.

        “We are better off without you so you can leave now, no one wants you here,” Wyatt said. Bill looked at him and Liam and left.
